Effective therapy is focused and pragmatic, using empirically proven techniques. My approach is active and collaborative, individualized for each client. Through therapy, clients solve problems, gain a greater sense of control over their lives, and experience life with a fresh perspective.


Issues I treat include Panic Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Stress Management, Depression, Mood Disorders, Trauma, Post-Partum Reactions, Women's Health Issues, Separation and Divorce, Chronic Illness, Weight and Weight Loss, Family Issues, Grief, and all types of personal and life situations.


With over 30 years of experience, I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with individual adults. Treatment, provided with compassionate support, is short term and goal directed.
